My client is seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring virtual bank operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of banking regulations, particularly in the digital banking sector, and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.  

Responsibilities:  

• Provide consulting services to financial institutions and companies involved in payment systems. 
• Resolve issues in strategic planning, planning, and operation for FinTech companies. 
• Assist overseas FinTech companies in entering the Japanese market.
• Engage in consulting sales to domestic financial institutions and FinTech companies, including the financial divisions of major Japanese trading companies. 

Requirements and skills: 

• Proven experience as consultant: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the consulting industry, specifically in IT consulting or management/strategy consulting. 
• Experience in the financial industry, particularly in banking, and the FinTech sector is higly welcomed
