My client is looking for a reliable and experienced IT consultant/Engineer for the consultant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the system efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction of our clients ‘financial institutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in IT projects, financial systems and cybersecurity.  

Responsibilities:  

• Support the development and enhancement of systems tailored to the needs of the financial industry. 
• Analyze clients’ business needs to define IT solutions and system requirements, including identifying system challenges, researching industry trends, and understanding customer requirements. 
• Design new system architectures tailored to financial institutions ‘needs, including database design, system integration, and software selection. 
• Implement systems, conduct operational and user acceptance testing, and optimize systems based on test findings. 

Requirements and skills: 

• At least 1 year of experience in IT system development in one of the major areas: cybersecurity, model development, mobile application, or network infrastructure. 
• Preferred experience in developing and implementing systems for financial institutions. 
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in English or Japanese.
