  • Objective: Achieve digital transformation in the insurance industry. 
  • Consulting: Provide consulting to insurance companies and platform providers based on advanced overseas insurance services. 
  • Business Alliances: Build business alliances between insurance companies and platform providers to create new business schemes in the insurance industry. 
  • System Implementation: Promote the introduction of next-generation systems necessary for releasing new insurance products to insurance companies and platform providers. 

Job Description 

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the quality of projects involving the proposal and implementation of our InsurTech solutions for insurance industry clients. Act as the overall project leader. (For PMO roles, start with PM support.) 
  • Progress and Quality Management: Manage project progress, results, and quality, including cooperation with partners. 
  • Coordination: Ensure smooth project progression through internal and external coordination. 
  • Prioritization and Adjustment: Balance customer demands with internal and external resources, prioritize tasks, and make necessary adjustments to achieve project goals. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience: Over 3 years of experience in managing system development projects of a certain scale (PM/PMO). 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills to smoothly liaise with internal and external stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in Chinese and Japanese 
  • Experience in financial system development projects, particularly in the insurance sector. 
  • Experience in managing large-scale development projects involving dozens of people. 
  • Proactive, persistent in tackling challenges, and capable of independently handling tasks and problem-solving.
