💰 Referral Incentives

👤 Candidate Referrals

• Lead referral (with contact details): 2% of annual basic salary

• Confirmed referral (candidate consent obtained): 4% of annual basic salary

Examples:

• ¥8M salary → ¥320,000 reward

• ¥20M salary → ¥800,000 reward

• ¥50M salary → ¥2,000,000 reward

🏢 Company Referrals (companies with hiring needs)

• Successful placement: 3% of the candidate’s annual salary

📌 Payment structure: 50% + 50% split payout

📌 Referrer information is kept strictly confidential
