Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support, including design, engineering, implementation, migration planning, service design, proof of concept, testing, optimization, customer training, and on-site support.
• Conduct testing of new designs and features in a laboratory environment, ensuring proper operation in live production networks.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for product placement and feature enhancements.
• Perform network readiness tests and validate patches and fixes in pre-production and live environments.
• Troubleshoot equipment and network issues, track cases to resolution, and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Train customer personnel in configuring and operating solutions.
• Develop and document Network Operation Procedures in collaboration with customers.
• Support the production environment at customer sites, defining best practice policies for our product applications.

Requirements

• Detailed technical experience in IP Routers and Switches, IPv4/IPv6 stack, and dual-stack deployments.
• Proficiency in carrier routing protocol stack (BGP, OSPF), carrier control-plane protocol stack, and carrier services (MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, RSVP-TE, SR, SR-TE).
• Experience with network management protocol stack (SNMPv2c, SNMPv3, Netflow, gNMI/gRPC, RADIUS, TACACS).
• BS degree, BE degree, or diploma in computer engineering strongly preferred.
• At least one of the following certifications strongly preferred: JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE.
• Fluency in Japanese.
