Delving deeper into industry specifics, approximately 78.1% of jobs in the IT Telco sector and 44.5% in Finance are equipped to provide remote or hybrid work options, as per our 2022 survey findings.

As we navigate the post-COVID era, the trend of working from home, at least for a few days a week, is poised to either sustain or surge. This flexibility has emerged as a pivotal factor for top talents when contemplating job applications.

Beyond remote work, certain ancillary benefits also draw attention. Internal training, educational allowances, professional certifications support, language study support, and opportunities for internal transfers to oversee entities are acknowledged as attractive perks. However, it’s noteworthy that these features hold lower positions in the hierarchy of employee preferences.

As the employment landscape evolves, understanding these nuanced preferences becomes imperative for organizations striving to secure top-tier talent.
