Ireland Software company increase offer accepting ratio

An Ireland software company who operates their Japan entity for about 4 years in Japan. The challenge? Fierce competition for top talent. The HR team diligently extended offers to promising candidates but found themselves in a struggle to secure acceptances amid multiple enticing offers.

We reviewed their requirements and the talents they offer, giving suggestions based on our market knowledge. The HR team agreed to make some adjustments to the requirements. We fine-tuned our search directions and interviewed new candidates. In the meantime, we invited hiring managers to proactively participate in the hiring process, including initial calls and additional Q&A sessions for candidates in the offer stage, with the aim of building trust and relationships.

The results were nothing short of spectacular. The offer acceptance ratio soared, a testament to the harmonious collaboration between the HR team, hiring managers and us. This triumphant alliance not only saved the hiring team massive time but also lightened the HR workload, marking the end of their struggle and the beginning of a new chapter in their talent acquisition journey.
