We excel in offering consortium-style programs, accelerator programs leveraging our global network, and startup support through venture capital investment. By fostering collaboration between startups with innovative technologies and ideas and large corporations, we aim to build an innovation platform.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Fintech consultant to support our client’s innovation projects. In this role, you will identify and execute proposals to address business challenges of corporate partners, support corporate partners in accelerator programs by accompanying them, resolving challenges, and providing support for corporate partners during Demo Days, mentor sessions, and other events.

At this position, you will be responsible for a series of tasks related to investing in startups. Investments will mainly be in seed and early stage Japanese startups, but there is also the possibility of handling other stage and some global projects.

This position offers a bright career path to the buyside including Venture Capital, Private Equity and etc, An opportunities to learn from many innovative startups from the US or Europe.

Responsibilities:

※ Sourcing potential startups, due diligence, investment execution, etc.

※ Negotiating and concluding contracts related to investments

※ Supporting growth, management, and exit of investee companies

※ Disseminating information to the startup community, etc.

Requirements:

※ College graduate or above

※ Native level Japanese, business level English or above

※ More than one year of venture capital investment experience

※ Able to work at the Tokyo head office (currently working 3 days a week)

Preferred Skills:

※ Experience in startups, open innovation, or new business creation

※ Interest in the entrepreneurial community

※ Background in financial institutions or interest in the FinTech field

※ Ability to think logically and derive solutions

※ Interest in the innovation ecosystem and a desire to create new initiatives that impact society.
