Team structure: APAC team of 7 people base in SG, 2 teammate in Japan.

Now serving 25,000 clients in APAC including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia.  

Their services span both online and offline fintech realms, encompassing electronic payment platforms and high-loyalty products. The company’s commitment to excellence is evident through their professional technical development team, dedicated to enhancing merchant products to maximize profitability by addressing specific needs. 

As part of their business expansion into Japan, we are currently seeking a seasoned Strategy Consultant with extensive knowledge of Japan’s payment industry. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting market strategies to foster the growth of the business in Japan. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the development of a long-term organizational strategy. 
• Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. 
• Assess market trends and competitors in the Japanese payment industry. 
• Identify threats and opportunities to ensure a proactive approach to challenges. 
• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions to the leadership team. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in business or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Japanese payment industry. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills. 
• Project management skills to drive successful strategy implementation. 
• Able to read and write in English.
