【Job Description】

※ Lead R&D and implementation of cutting-edge robotics technology as a special mission project directly under the President
※ Conduct realistic physical and robot simulations
※ Validate, apply, and implement the latest robot AI models (imitation learning, reinforcement learning, VLA, etc.)
※ Report on the latest robotics technologies and industry trends to senior management
※ Drive technical coordination and project execution with internal and external stakeholders

【Requirements】

※ Experience as a software architect in robotics
※ Extensive hands-on experience in robot simulation
※ Proven track record implementing robot AI (imitation learning, reinforcement learning algorithms, etc.)
※ Advanced programming skills in Python and/or C++
※ Experience with ROS 2
※ Japanese: Business level (advanced) / English: Able to read and write technical documentation

【Preferred Qualifications】

※ Research achievements such as first-author publications at top international conferences (IROS, ICRA, SIMPAR, CoRL, RSS, etc.)
※ Cross-functional experience spanning robotics research through to productisation
※ Deep understanding and applied experience in robot kinematics and dynamics
※ Implementation experience in SLAM, motion planning, etc.
※ Knowledge and experience in digital twin construction
※ 3D modelling experience
